Agri-Tool & Supply will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of any damages by the customer. For a refund or exchange, contact us via email or by phone about your item/items within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of the original order. If item/items are accepted for Return/Exchange, buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
